How we handle your data
Short version: what your team asks the coach stays with your team.
Your conversations and session data are scoped to your own organization. They are not shared with other companies using the coach, and they are not used to train models. Data is stored securely and access is limited to what your organization needs to run the product.
We do not have SOC 2 or any comparable third-party security certification yet. We would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. This page will be updated when that changes.
If your security team needs specifics before you roll the coach out, ask us directly and we will answer with what is actually true today.
