What we collect and what we do with it

Sales Theorem is operated by Resonate Digital Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. We handle personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act. If you are in another jurisdiction, we apply the same practices to your data.

• Account details: your name, work email, organization name, and job title if you give it.
• What you type into the coach: your questions, the coaching conversation, and any deal names or deal notes you enter.
• Usage records: question counts, token counts, model used, and estimated cost, so we can meter plans and run the business.
• Billing status: your plan, seat count, subscription state, and renewal date.

Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never store them.

• Supabase: database, authentication, and hosting for your account and conversation records.
• Lovable: hosting and built-in visitor analytics for the marketing site. It receives aggregate page visit data, not the contents of your coaching conversations.
• Anthropic: Claude processes your coaching questions to generate answers. Under Anthropic's API terms, this content is not used to train their models.
• Stripe: subscription payments, invoices, and card handling.

These are the only third parties that receive your data. We will update this list before adding another.

Coaching conversations are private to your account. On Team plans they are also visible to members of your shared organization workspace, which is the point of that plan. They are never visible to another customer. This is enforced in the database with row-level security, not only in the interface.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to market to third parties, and we do not use them to train models of our own.

We keep your data while your account is active, so your history and deals are there when you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will, within 30 days, at inquiries@salestheorem.com. Records we must keep for tax and accounting are retained as the law requires.

You can also ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at the same address.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and hold your session. We also use Lovable's built-in visitor analytics to measure aggregate page visits: pages viewed, referrer, and device and country level data. This is not advertising tracking. We do not run ad trackers and we do not sell visitor data.

Access to production data is limited to what running the product requires. We do not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any comparable third-party certification, and we will not imply otherwise. See the security page for the current picture, and the terms of service for the commercial side.

If this policy changes materially we will notice it on the site and update the date at the top. Questions, requests, and complaints go to inquiries@salestheorem.com.
